Non B Visa Phuket
Non B Visa Phuket
A Non-B Visa is required for foreigners who intend to live and work in Phuket. Furthermore, the coinciding work permit application takes place during the initial 90 days given through the initial visa. The entire process of obtaining a Non-B Visa in Thailand is usually rather lengthy.
Step 1: Setting up a business registration in Phuket (a 3-week process)
Step 2: Once the company has been registered for 3 months, a foreign shareholder can be added to the company.
Step 3: Apply for the initial 3-month Non-B visa (either in Phuket or Penang, Malaysia, with the Thai consulate).
Step 4: Issuing the work permit.
Step 5: Apply for the 1-year Non-B stamp.
