E-VISA Services

For parents or guardians who wish to stay in Thailand to accompany a child holding a Non-ED visa.

Service Fee: 10,000 THB (Excludes visa fee: approx. 2,500 THB, depending on currency)

Required Documents :
1.Passport biodata page
2.Recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
3.Proof of current residence:
o If applying from your home country: utility bill, phone bill, or rental agreement showing your name and address
o If applying from a neighboring country (e.g. Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam): a scan of your visa entry stamp
4. Financial evidence: Bank statements from the last 3 months showing a balance of not less than 30,000 THB.
5. Personal details of family member(s) in Thailand (e.g. passport copy, school confirmation letter, child’s ED visa pages)
6. Proof of relationship (e.g. birth certificate)
o Documents in languages other than Thai or English must be translated and legalized by the Embassy or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Processing Time
7–15 working days (depending on the discretion of the Royal Thai Embassy; may take longer or shorter).
Important Notes
• We assist with the E-visa application but cannot guarantee approval.
• For a 1-year extension:
o Applicant must maintain 500,000 THB in a Thai bank account for at least 2 months prior to application.
o Extension service fee: 27,000 THB.
o Application can be submitted up to 45 days before the visa expires.

***Upon arrival in Thailand, you must open a Thai bank account with a local bank. This is required for the yearly extension process.***

For retirees (aged 50 or above) receiving a state pension who wish to stay in Thailand for up to 90 days.

o Monthly income of at least 65,000 THB (provide the last 3 months’ official bank statements showing your name and address), or
o A current bank balance of at least 800,000 THB

Processing Time
7–15 working days (subject to the discretion of the Royal Thai Embassy; may take longer or shorter).

Important Notes
• We assist with the E-visa application but cannot guarantee approval.
• For a 1-year retirement extension:
o 15,000 THB (if financial requirements are met), or
o 27,000 THB (if applying without showing your own funds).

***Once you arrive in Thailand, you must open a Thai bank account directly with a local bank which is required to process yearly extension. ***
